BURRITO BROTHERS

Finally, a Mexican foodie spot in Marikina! Driving along Lilac street on our way to SKOW the other week, we saw this place and immediately included it on our list. Yesterday, we all agreed to have lunch at Burrito Brothers. (They are still on soft opening, as they just opened the place last May 25.)

Burrito Brothers accepts orders for pick up and take out. The dining area can accommodate 10 to 15 people. It is a self-service restaurant, so for orders and all your other needs, you can just approach them at the window.

Me and Sister while waiting for our orders

Nice mini-landscape at the dining area - plus, their chairs are heavy and really sturdy!

Let's get to the grub!

Nacho Grande (Everything on it at 110 PhP)

 Super Burrito (129 PhP)

Beef and Cheese Nachos with an extra order of Jalapenos (70 PhP plus 25 PhP for an extra order of Jalapenos)

Super Taco (Man, that is one BIG taco at 129 PhP)

It's a Mexican feast we're having! (Those sticks are Flauta Cheese rolls with salsa at 55 PhP)

Visit Burrito Brothers and satisfy your Mexican food cravings today! Like I said, they also accept advanced orders for pick up. Just refer to the numbers below. :)

  1. Thanks for posting this! ^_^

This is the nearest place I can go if I crave for Mexican Taco's, however theirs is not even near the quantity, quality and price of what we've tried at Olongapo last month. the place is called THE COFFEE SHOP.

    I'll rate the place:
    Cleanliness: 9/10
    Presentation: 10/10
    Budget friendly: 8/10
    Taste: 8/10

  10. We sometimes go there for burrito then swing by Spartea right beside it (2nd floor of the big bldg) for milk tea. Last time we got milk tea, we just realized they also have japanese hotdogs and a spa at the back! That's next on our list =P

  20. I'm not impressed with their Nachos (Grande). I'm used to eating at Mexican restos, and boy, when you say Grande, it is indeed grande. Well, their grande-sized nacho was not even enough to fill my nacho craving. There was barely any sour cream. I had it for take out, so I was pretty disappointed when I got home and found out. -Jane

  21. I agree with the previous comment. Though I haven't tried the other stuff on their menu, the nachos were pretty disappointing. For the same price, you could share and be stuffed at Hermanos version of nachos, the only authentic Mexican place around the Metro. They even have horchata. I am willing to try their burritos next time I drop by.... Oh, and somebody please do something about the "housed" iced tea on their menu.

  22. @Jane: sorry to hear about your experience :-( if you compare their grande with that of Ristras for example, there is indeed a significant difference. i believe though that for the price, you get good taste + affordability for Burrito Brothers ;-)
just curious, have you tried Zapata's in Pampanga? I would like to try that out too. They even have frozen margaritas ;-)

  23. @Ashley: your comment made me hungry. Where is Hermanos?!?! ;-)

Awwww for the "housed" iced tea. I'll try to check and tell them next time I drop by. ;-)
